Assistant Operations Manager - Plant Operations (4-6 yrs)
Job Description
1 Candidate having experience in handling analytical operations of plant in a manufacturing company.
2. Candidate should have experience of working on multiple products, multiple production lines at multiple locations.
3. Should be responsible for planning, preparing, updating & monitoring of dashboards for various departments.
4. Day to day interaction with various departments and with the Managing Directors.
5. Interacting with all the department heads and stake holders for devising cost control strategies.
6. Create new formats for MIS reports/ dashboards etc.
7. Monitoring and analyzing data on day to day basis and devising change plans. Drive implementation through plant team.
Pre-requisites
- Manufacturing industry exposure
- Proficient user of MS- Excel (Word, Excel and Power point)
- Excellent in MIS reports, good in statistics.
- Should have independently handled operations of a production line
- Communication (written and oral) excellent
Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
