Assistant Project Manager - MEP - Design & Build (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Extensive experience in contracts & procurement for D&B (Design & Build) assignments.
- Should have knowledge of BOQ's (Bill of Quantities), rates, etc.
Education :
- Background in Quantity Surveying. MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing) background
Experience :
- 5-8 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years of experience in D&B assignments
Candidates who have experience in working with :
- IPC (International Property Consultants) background
- Leading Architectural Design firms that do D&B projects (like MMoser, DWP, Symmetrics, DSP, Space Matrix, etc.)
- Grade-A Contracting firms having D&B experience (like ANJ, Padam Interiors, Artizen, Ambience, Exotic, Ocean Interiors.)
