Assistant Vice President - Logistics & Customer Service (10-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Required AVP Customer Service and Logistics in SRF Ltd Gurgaon
- SRF Ltd Requires AVP Customer Service and Logistics for their flouro chemicals business to be located in Gurgaon.
Purpose : Ensure customer (internal and external) satisfaction by providing timely delivery at competitive cost and top class customer service
Dimensions :
Financial Sales turnover : Rs.2000 crores / volume handled = inward + outward
Number of Customers served : -500
Number of service providers : 30
Number of Plant sites : 2
Number of Warehouses - 10, including overseas
Number of SKUs : 50, including returnable packaging
Others Direct Reportees - 3 officers
Accountabilities Responsibilities :
- On time in full (OTIF) - Implement and optimize the order fulfillment process through regular systems and process improvements
- Warehousing and outbound Logistics costs - Achieve benchmark cost of outbound logistics through the use of best in class initiatives
- Inbound logistics costs - Achieve benchmark cost of inbound logistics through competitive bidding
- Turnaround time of returnable packaging - Achieve optimum TAT for returnable packaging by implementing IT enabled systems
- Lead time to close customer queries - Ensure implementation of a IT enabled system to ensure proper recording and tracking of customer queries
- Customer complaints - Regular reviews of pending customer complaints, and intervention as and when required
- Customer satisfaction - Customer satisfaction score on service and delivery to be best in class
- Role specific competencies : System and Process oriented, Planning & Execution, Customer Centricity, Persuasive Communication, Analysis and Problem Solving, Commercial Acumen, Leading People .
