Assistant Vice President - Manufacturing Operations (20-25 yrs)
Position: Assistant Vice Presedent - Operation
Experience : 20+ years in Steel Melting Shop (SMS) & RMD Operations.
Qualifications : B.Tech/ B.E - Mechanical / Electrical (Full time).
Location : Hyderabad/ Tirupati, AP.
Responsibilities :
1) Achieve targeted SMS, RMD & Cut & Bend Production (Target: SMS - 80000, RMD - 220000 & Cut & Bend - 8700).
2) Responsible for Direction, strategy, and planning and execution for the Plant operations.
3) ERP Optimization Heat wise Production & Quality in ERP.
4) Manages and directs the activities of SMS & RMD.
5) Plans and supervises the achievement of output, Cost, Efficiency and Quality targets.
6) Barcoding on TMT Module.
7) Continuous Innovation for enhancing production.
8) Ensures Steel Plant objectives like Quality Cost Reduction, Safety and Environment Standards are achieved.
9) Ensures effective implementation of the Quality Control Plans.
10) Completion of New projects as per Timelines.
