Responsibilities:

- To ensure the effective implementation of training management of all plants.

- Approval of suppliers for Raw material, packing materials and contract laboratories at corporate level.

- To monitor the Handling, Investigation & corrective action of Market Complaints and approval of the same of all plant.

- To monitor the recall of Marketed products.

- To monitor the post production stability studies as per the SOP for its compliance.

- To ensure the effective implementation of Quality Risk Assessment technique in various quality issues of all plants.

- To monitor that the self-inspection are performed timely manner and the discrepancy observed in the inspection are properly closed for all plants.

- To monitor in totality IPQA, document Control system, Validation, QMS, Investigation & CAPA Management System of all plants.

- To monitor Self inspection & related investigation & CAPA of all plants.

- Responsible for Vendor Qualification.

- To ensure the preparation and Handling of regulatory /customer audits and to provide the compliance for audit observations.

- Updation of facility as per regulatory norms by coordinating with management
