Associate Director - Agri Operations (12-15 yrs)
- Responsible of handling day to day activities at farms. Sowing to harvesting.
- Responsible for the daily planning, organization, supervision and administration of activities on farm estates.
- Responsible for coordination and monitoring of Agriculture Production Program.
- Overall responsibility for the high yielding varieties program. Work with production to create the production schedule
- Organize maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
- Manage end to end systems in cultivation.
- Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
- Interaction with Supply Chain Head and Production head to ensure that the work progresses satisfactorily.
- Experience in on ground operations, process oriented, able to relate to ailing needs of a Human resource pool in agriculture.
- Career in farm processing.
