Location: Chennai

To drive pan-India operations for identifying and mitigating risks (in the area of EHS, Contracts, BCM, Service Line operations, Fraud etc ) and driving special initiatives across all verticals and horizontals of Corporate Workplace Services as well as across cross-functional boundaries WITH the objective of Supporting Corporate Workplace Services team to deliver a delightful workplace experience for our associates by bringing in a clear visibility of risks and fraud possibilities in operation and helping mitigating them.

Core Responsibility :

- Create and drive a charter for the risk governance tower

- Formulate and run workstreams in line with the content of the charter that drives an effective early risk identification infrastructure and mechanism for mitigation

- Conceive and run transformation initiatives on de-risking of CWS service delivery and BAU operations

- Coordinate and co-work with CWS vertical and CWS horizontal leaders to propagate risk based management culture

- Coordinate and co-work with cross-functional leaders to iron out bottlenecks and inefficiencies

- Identify and track measurable success factors for the horizontal and verticals

- Liaison with external authorities ( Govt bodies, Consultants ) to be in sync with teh statutory requirements and procedures on an ongoing basis

- Connect with cross-functional teams within the organization to bring in a seamless, integrated and de-risked operations framework in different priority area like waste disposal etc.

Stakeholders management

- Understand expectations of internal and external stakeholders and work towards meeting them.

- Contribute towards driving change management in various engagements as needed.

- Ability to construct a change management plan and socialize with all the stakeholders to achieve the transformation from existing solution/process to new solution/process.

- Ability to resolve a conflict situation with all stakeholders consensus.
