What You- ll Do:

- Scope new products(devices) and their features based on customer persona, needs, and competitiveness.

- Build and maintain the product launch roadmap and lifecycle.

- Draft detailed technical specifications documents including PRD's for hardware and software requirements.

- Create software prototypes and wireframes of software features using AI tools.

- Manage and drive the entire product development process, both internally and externally, ensuring all stakeholder timelines and deliverables are met.

- Own product quality

- Deal with component supplier ecosystems across China and India

- Achieve product assortment goals while ensuring product quality and testing standards, as well as margin expectations, are met.

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand existing sales numbers on projects and create product roadmaps to meet organisation goals.

- Research extensively on new technologies.

- Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.

What We- re Looking For:

- Strong experience of 8+ years in consumer electronics (IOT experience will be a plus)

- Excellent in communication and presenting ideas.

- Preferred background of BE/B.Tech(EEE, ECE, EIT only). MBA will be a value

- Comfortable with understanding technical aspects of a product development process and

communicating with engineering teams on trade-offs vs. implications

- Tenacious and Self-motivated with the ability to ruthlessly drive and achieve business goals.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good at interacting with senior-level professionals.
