- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring all the production targets related to Department
- Responsible for ensuring overall safety in the manufacturing practices
- Responsible for coordination with materials department, IR, Maintenance and distribution department to plan for daily, weekly and monthly production targets
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports
- Responsible for Control all production process to maximize production efficiency and minimizing cost of product while meeting safe operating procedures
- Minimize the production costs through constructive analysis to determine losses and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Calculates and conducts constructive analysis on all variances such as material usage, direct labour rate and variable overhead
- Responsible for preparation and analysis of variances with respect to production targets
