Associate Manager - Quality Assurance - FMCG/Healthcare/Pharma (6-15 yrs)
- Developing and implementing technically complex methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure that the products and systems are free of flaws and function as designed at Buyout vendors.
- Reviewing validation programs to ensure sophisticated processes and equipment operate to consistently produce quality products.
- Leading strategic quality improvement initiatives and teams or participates as QA lead for cross-functional initiatives.
- Facilitating sharing of best practices including global standards.
- Chemical, microbiological and physical testing for products, raw materials, packaging materials, buyout products, in-process materials, stability release test samples, bulk and/or finished products following strict customer, regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Recommending, leading and/or supporting investigation efforts related to third party laboratory deviations, out-of-specification test results, including the identification of root cause, corrective and preventative actions.
- Developing analytical methods, validation and verification of QA test methods to include proactively identifying and executing optimization improvements.
