Associate - Operations (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire operations of the company.
- Develop and implement new distribution strategies to optimize delivery speed, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory end-to-end: stock planning, tracking, and timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Build, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Maintain and analyze all logistics data, records, and cost reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with packaging, labeling, and quality standards for all shipments.
- Oversee the process for returns, claims, and damaged products, driving improvements in efficiency.
- Identify and execute opportunities for process automation and optimization in logistics and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, and customer support) to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in vendor management and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of logistics software/tools, MS Excel, basic mathematics and data reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to driving operational excellence.
