We have an urgent opening for one of the Leading FMCG Industry for the Profile of "R&D Associate - Pest Category" based in Gurgaon.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Day to day implementation of functional technical work associated with specified projects

- Carry out formulations and product benchmarking within the scope of work

- Conducting lab and plant trial of developed products with relevant technical input

- Knowledge of scientific publications and product formulations in area covered by expertise

- Working closely with different R&D teams to ensure timely completion of set objectives

- Participate and proactively track competition and evaluation of performance of market products

- Enhance and utilise consumer understanding of product need and ideate for new products.

- Prepare claims substantiation studies and documents.

- Manage laboratory safety with clear safety procedures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Using scientific and technical skills to solve product/project associated problems

- Responsible for delivery of specific milestones and tracking milestone plan to ensure compliance

- Ensuring the timely completion of specifications and support data including documentations.

- Working with cross cultural and cross functional teams to meet project objectives

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

- Graduate or Post graduate in Chemistry /Agrochemical

- Minimum 2-3 years proven R&D in industrial / FMCG / Agrochemical products

- Strong formulation development skill

- Experienced in industrialization of NPD/EPD projects.

- Committed and Hardworking individual

- Curious and Willingness to learn and grow in job

- Should be flexible and accommodating to work in teams with different individuals

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with proper planning

- Strong communication skills (Oral and Written English skill is mandatory)

- Proven ability to work independently (self motivated, disciplined) and as part of a team
