- 1 - 6 years hands of experience in Assay of AI by potentiometry, HPLC, GC.

- Experience in Chromatography method validation is an added advantage.

- Good at impurity purification/analysis.

Position Title : Associate Research Scientist/ Research Scientist - Process Innovation Support

Position Purpose :

- Potentiometric/HPLC/GC Assay of Active Ingredient. 

- Experience in Chromatographic - Method Development and Method Validation and Wet Analysis will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

- Actively imbibing the values and philosophy of the company.

- Efficient contribution to the overall success of CreAgro Analytical Chemistry through scientific contribution and supporting team performance according to objectives and targets being set by the leadership team.

- Fullfilling requirements and achieving goals set by the Team Leader and Group Leader - Analytical Chemistry.

- Good knowledge of instrumentation used for Assay determination, Spectroscopic/Chromatographic techniquesto support agro chemicals Process Innovation group.

- Good Knowledge of Spectroscopic and Chromatographic Techniques

- Reaction monitoring assistance (HPLC, GC, IR, LCMS) in both generic as well as specified methods (method provided by customer)

- Physical characterisations (TGA, ROI, LOD, KF, etc) will add value to the Candidature

- Final product assay method development (as well as method provided by customer)

- Experimental determination of several phys-chem parameters like Small molecule's Aqueous solubility, Solubility in different solvents, pKa, logP, Henry's Law constant as per OECD guidelines.

- Strong theoretical back ground on the aforesaid phys-chem parameters.

- Work with in the team to achieve and exceed targets within the time frame given by the Team Leader and Group Leader - Analytical Chemistry

- Operational skill in Spectroscopic & Chromatographic Techniques

- Evaluate different equipments required for the work and operation of the same

- Prepare the Study Strategy and implement it on time.

- Documentation and reporting of analytical results

- Should have good interpersonal skill and should be able to work in multitasking environment

- Develop and foster positive relationships with other teams and support groups such as Chemistry and Process Innovation group to maximize cooperation and consequent benefit to objective delivery

- Responsible for individual safety and housekeeping of the lab.

- Remain at the cutting edge of knowledge required for the new a.i. discovery activity in crop protection through constant updating of personal knowledge and own skill-sets
