Associate - Retail Planning Store (2-6 yrs)
Retail Planning Associate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain base stock level at stores
2. Maintain & prepare proper product mix for stores
3. Prepare seasonal buy plans aligned with category strategy
4. Allocate merchandise to stores as per targets and manage stock rotation
5. Consistently monitor the sale of articles to identify fast movers & slow movers
6. Coordinate with the product team for stock requirements
7. Monitor category, size and style wise performance and clearance
8. Develop Month wise pickup plan v/s month wise dispatch strategies
9. Prepare Season wise, style wise option plan for stores
10. Prepare stock turn report, allocation reports
11. Prepare OTB Plan
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Fashion Retail
- Fashion retail experience preferred
- Strong Analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel
- Fast Thinker, Agile, Quick with execution
- Team Player, can work across teams
