Asst / Dy Manager Security based at Karimnagar

Qualification Any Graduate

Industry Preference : Any Manufacturing / process industry . Preferably from Defence

Background.

Experience: 7-10 years.

CTC range 6 to 8 LPA

Role & responsibilities is as given below:

- Responsible for entire watch and ward, Transport and Fire Fighting dept.

- Responsible to the Management on Security, Fire and Transport matters.

- To organize Security force for systematic supervision and safe guarding of all assets in the factory, Mines, TPH, staff colony, workers colony, dairy farm, school, and railway tracks etc.

- To suggest improvements in all security, transport matters, fire, safety, intelligence, and liaison.

- Good control of the Gates and Movements of the Material with valid Gate passes.

- To enquire, investigate, interrogate and report all breaches of security cases

- Make surprise rounds during day & night for keeping guards in alert condition

- Good control of Staff and Workers movement

- Maintain good liaison with local Police Officers, Local political leaders, Union leaders and Transport officials.

- Maintenance of Fire equipments, conducting of fire demos and fire mock drills in coordination with safety dept.

- Maintenance of all the registers and documents pertaining to security, transport and fire equipments

- Arrest all kind of thefts, pilferages, damages and espionages, social unrest etc.

- Proper coordination with all dept. heads, staff members and workmen

- Coordinate employee safety, health and welfare

- Impart soft skill and behavioral training to security staff

- Transport Maintaining of all co owned vehicles, proper documentation, renewals, implementing cost control measures, MIS.
