JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Equipment Reliability improvement and implementation of Preventive maintenance

- Root cause analysis of all breakdowns

- Attending daily breakdowns and implementing corrective actions.

- Review critical equipment's with customers and initiate action to ensure availability

- Initiate actions to improve MTTR/MTBF

- Loss - identification and actions

- Review of the spares and initiate actions

2. Implement procedures and systems

- Ensure creation of proper documentation of all the equipment's (e.g. electrical circuits, control logic and power distribution, drawing, electrical component etc)

- Daily work management

- Develop SOP and Work Instructions

- Red tagging of equipment's (EHS)

- Ensuring that Work Instructions are followed

- Identify violation of SOP/WI and inform the Superiors to take disciplinary actions

- Systems Preparation of JOC,JOE,MR, MPA, CAR

- Preparation of HIRA & approve actions to mitigate risks

- Follow statutory/SG guidelines requirements (LOTO, machine guarding, legal and other guarding etc)

3. Cost Control

- Work on energy conservation activity and energy efficiency improvement project.

- Identifying losses and leakages and take correction action e.g. air, heat, oil, power etc.

- Devise measuring and monitoring systems and take initiate actions

- Adopt new technologies for improving reliability and efficiency

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Diploma in Electrical Engineering

- MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP 4 to 7 years

- NATURE OF EXPERIENCE Knowledge of Substation(HT & LT) and power distribution.

- Knowledge in automation PLC, SCADA, AC/DC Drives

- Knowledge of utility equip.- Oven, kiln, Compressor, DG

- Having exposure to ISO, OSHAS, WCM & TPM.

SPECIFIC SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Customer Focus, Result Focus, Risk Taking. Should be a good team player and a listener. Should have an innovative thought process.
