Basic KRA :

Managing projects, ensuring profitability, cash flows and customer satisfaction of projects

Review and track own project vis a vis budget

Track project profitability and ensure course correction

Ensure continuous growth in Billing and AGM in the Region / Branch.

Aim for negative Capital Employed by exercising commercial controls during the project execution, maintain positive cash flow and manage interest cost.

Effectively mobilize available resources and strive for on time project completion.

Manpower Planning by distributing uniform work load among the PAs

Implementation of new site practices for improvement of quality and productivity by adhering with ISO Standards, benchmark practices.

Equipment Testing for performance with reference to design and specifications.

Ensure & implement Safe work practices at Project Sites.

Constantly upgrade knowledge with latest developments in Construction / Electrical industry with respect to the technology, equipments, components etc.

Ensure smooth handing-over of projects to Customer and Service, complete with all documentation, drawings, manuals, test reports, measurements, test certificates, etc.

Ensure compliance with Commercial & Labour Laws

Ensure over all Customer Satisfaction and continuously strive to improve CSI in the Branch

Develop and nurture existing & new Project Associates by providing necessary inputs on their area of specialization, training, BSL plans, etc.

Provide periodic feedback to Sales Team for major variations job costing

To devote quality time for developing competencies of the Team Members and ensure that they are motivated.

Required Skillsets :

1. Sound knowledge of electrical equipments like transformers, switch gears, cables etc. along with knowledge for earthling system, cable routing, conducting, luminous system, lightening protection etc. Knowledge of testing and commissioning of electrical system will be an added advantage.

2. Thorough understanding of Capital Employed, DBO, Interest Cost, etc.

3. Knowledge of VAT, Works Contracts Tax, Service Tax, etc.

4. Knowledge of ISO quality system, tools, benchmark practices, etc

5. Professional Management of Project Sites
