1. Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Polymer /Ruber

2. Minimum 10 Yrs experience for Diploma holder and 6 Yrs for Degree holder.

3. Mist be from a Rubber molding plant.

4. To handle In-coming quality/In-process Quality/Final Quality/Customer (Automotive) and quality system in Plant.

5. Familiar to ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 14000.

6. Must be good team player to handle a team of Engineers/Supervisor/Inspectors

7. Problem solving knowledge, ability & perspiration skills.
