The details are as follows,
Position : Asst Manager/Manager - Quality
Qualification : Diploma/BE
Experience : Min 8+ years in automotive Industry
Salary : Not constraint for right candidate
Gender : Any
Location : Thirumudivakkam
Skill Require :
1.Responsible for Process quality Management for particular line and co-ordinate with production and initiate action to achieve Q-cost
2. Implements quality guidelines, methods and processes with corporate level for assigned task
3. Implementation on total quality activities to ensure that the organization's products meet the internal quality standards
4. To analyze the in-process quality problems through PDCA / FTA / 8D
5.Identifies quality discrepancies, inconsistencies and mistakes and collaborates with affected functions to resolve issues with team
6. Process improvement.
7. Process capability improvement
8. Can able to analyze the customer quality problems and take the corrective action
9. Responsible to maintain the IATF16949:2016 quality management system for in-process quality control for the assigned task
10.Knowledge in core tools like MSA,SPC,APQP and PPAP is added advantage
11.Responsible for product audit
