Asstistant Manager - MEP (7-15 yrs)
As discussed, I am having a job opportunity for  Assistant Manager  - MEP  with one of our reputed real estate client based in Mumbai. 
Qualification - B.E (Electrical / Mechanical) 
Below is the Job Profile -
-  To study the electrical,  plumbing and firefighting and HVAC systems
-  Follow QA /QC Procedures and prepare formats/ checklists for all work items. 
-  Receive preliminary and construction drawings, contract documents and familiarize work.
-  To certify the Quality of work during each and every stage of construction before making paying to contracts.
-  Coordinate the MEP design and execution between design office and contractors/subcontractors. 
-  Provide the planning input for the MEP works and Monitor Planning vs. Progress on site. 
-  Coordinate with the Planning Department for updating in master project plans and working out recovery plans in case of delays 
-  Document project progress and/or delays through letters which can be used as contractual aids during disputes and control the document flows .
-  Follow safety norms, procedure and manuals as devised by safety officer.
-  Do MEP audit periodically and send report to HOD.
-  Identify any gaps / overlaps in battery limits of every contract.
-  Resolve customer complaints
