Atul - Senior Scientist - Rubber Technology Lab (10-20 yrs)
Role purpose :
Lead a team of rubber technologists engaged in carrying out testing, performance trials and reverse engineering of rubber chemicals
Location : Atul
Education qualification(s) :
- BTech(Rubber Technology) - 15 to 20 years
- Mtech(Rubber Technology) - 10 to 15 years
Work experience : 10 to 20 years
Responsibilities :
1. Prepare and implement SOPs for identified improvement areas | processes as per the feedback obtained from respective process owners
2. Maintain repository of all SOPs of Atul and group companies
3. Liaise with respective business teams for periodic review and updation of status of risks in LERMS software
4. Review and align existing SOPs with current processes | controls
5. Identify and implement automation of business processes in coordination with respective process owners | IT team
6. Review and update Risk Control Matrices at Atul and group companies
7. Follow up with internal stakeholders to implement the recommendations made during audits of IT systems
