Auto Inspection Engineer (2-4 yrs)
Experience : minimum 1 year + experience in used car industry
JD :
1. Receipt inspection of pressure part materials; Plates, Pipes, Tubes, Forgings, fittings, Fasteners: Physical inspection & review of Material Test certificates (MTCs) w.r.t Codes & TDC.
2. Material Identification of pressure part materials: Plates, Pipes, Tubes, Forgings, fittings, Fasteners: Physical inspection & review of Material Test certificates (MTCs) w.r.t. ITP.
3. In process inspection: Set-ups, inspection before NDE, component inspection.
4. Final Inspection of components/equipment, before PWHT/Hydro, Inspection before dispatch.
5. Witness of Hydro & Pneumatic test.
6. Co-ordination with TPI/Client.
7. Final documents.
8. Accuracy of inspection.
CTC: INR 25,000 + Petrol Allowance
