AutoCAD Engineer/Designer (0-5 yrs)
- The purpose of this position is to provide AutoCAD design support to company managed buildings and the upcoming projects.
- Ability to interpret the vision of the Company Directors, and translate it into a technical drawing using AutoCAD based on given specifications and calculations.
- Incorporate the specifications into drawings and provide various options for restructure for the current infrastructure.
- Ability to calculate structural strength, assessing building capacity limits and estimating construction/restructure costs.
- Ability to follow directions and a keen attention to detail are crucial. In addition, ability to contribute to multiple projects at once and adhere to deadlines.
- Commercial IT/ITES building workplace design / Test fit out experience is required
- Ability to provide Test fits options in applicable time as per the design standards
- Knowledge on BOMA standards is an added advantage
- Line drawings with changes in Labs with alteration of racks & associated MEP services proposal
