Automation Engineer - Industrial Automation (9-15 yrs)
Job description of Automation engineer
- An experienced Electronics engineer is responsible for :
- Plan for assigned project execution.
- Must have sound knowledge of Electrical design and active participation in designing.
- Development and Integration of software development of PLC, Motion controllers (Servo/Stepper/AC drives), Sensors, Safety switches, Touch screens and SCADA along with IOT
- Expertise in Standardized software development modules in Function blocks
- Offline development, simulation and implementation as well as testing at overseas customer end.
- Should follow change management practice in software development.
- Coordination with customer as well as internal team
- Support OEM clients for technical developments and queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile :
- An engineer with passion for technology and ready to undertake challenging assignments.
- Willing to work as a part of a team. Quick learner and person who can adopt new technologies, ready to work in Industrial environment and overseas clients.
Qualification criteria-
- Bachelor of Electronics / Electrical engineering / Graduate of Electronics engineer from a reputed institute.
- Prior experience of working in the Automation field of Packaging machinery is a must.
- Excellent programming skills are required on PLC / HMI / SCADA/DRIVE/MOTION CONTROLLERS/IOT. Candidates with experience of Rockwell, Siemens, B&R and Beckhoff automation products will get preference.
- Knowledge of Pharma packaging machinery programming will be an added advantage.
