Job Description :
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Exterior Trims Specialist with expertise in Door Seals, Brightware, and Glazing for our reputable automotive manufacturing company.
- As a key member of R&D team, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and optimizing various exterior trims components for our vehicles.
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in developing automotive exterior trims, with a focus on door seals, brightware, and glazing components.
Location :
- Bangalore Lead the design and optimization of door seals, ensuring functionality, durability, and weather resistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate door seals seamlessly into vehicle structures.
- Drive the development and enhancement of brightware components, including chrome trims and accents.
- Ensure brightware aligns with design specifications and quality standards Implement and oversee quality control measures for exterior trims throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in automotive exterior trims.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and propose innovative solutions for enhanced designs
