Position: AV Project Lead

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

- Take full ownership and accountability for executing all AV projects across India.

- Lead and coordinate a team of regional Project Managers for seamless project delivery across multiple locations.

- Serve as the central point of control, monitoring project progress, quality, cost, and timelines for all AV rollouts.

- Develop and maintain nationwide project schedules, deployment strategies, and implementation plans.

- Provide strategic oversight of design, integration, installation, and commissioning of AV systems (video conferencing, control systems, displays, audio solutions, etc.).

- Set objectives and responsibilities for regional teams, ensuring adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.

- Conduct project reviews, track performance, and resolve escalations promptly.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, logistics, client services).

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, status updates, drawings, and handover documents.

- Manage budgets and resource allocation for multiple projects, ensuring cost control and profitability.

- Interface with senior client stakeholders, providing high-level updates and reports.

- Mentor and guide regional teams to drive performance improvement, knowledge sharing, and best practices.

- Ensure projects are delivered with consistent quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred: Electronics, Electrical, or AV-related disciplines).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Audio Visual project management with proven success in large-scale, multi-location projects.

- PMP certification preferred.

- Strong proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage stakeholders at all levels (internal teams, vendors, clients).

- Willingness to travel frequently across project sites in India.
