Position: AV Project Manager

Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage project resources (internal teams, vendors, contractors) to ensure timely completion.

- Monitor project progress, measure performance indicators, and recommend corrective actions.

- Travel to project sites for supervision and on-site assistance.

- Ensure compliance with quality assurance, change control protocols, and project governance.

- Facilitate process improvements through reviews and lessons-learned sessions.

- Foster collaboration and communication among team members.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of Audio Visual (AV) and Collaboration initiatives.

- Define objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

- Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation strategies.

- Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality.

- Keep accurate project status records and update management on financial impacts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Minimum 5 years- proven project management experience, preferably in Audio Visual.

- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

- Knowledge of AV technologies (e.g., video conferencing systems, digital signage, collaboration platforms).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
