Avantio Crew - Tendering Head (10-15 yrs)
- Accountable for tender selection, Pre-bid meetings, documentation & cost estimation
- Analyzing the competitiveness of bid pricing in respect of previous results
- Analyzing of win/lose tenders
- Accountable for timely preparation of bid
- Co-ordination with local sub-contractors for best offer
- Accountable to provide project information, documents and correspondence including bid amendments and addendums.
- Tracking of EMD, Win/loss status
- Assessment of lost tenders
- Commercial negotiation with vendors
- Follow-up with logistics companies to get the best quote for tender costing.
