Job description

- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team.

- Evaluating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering problems and formulating solutions.

- Preparing plans, details, specifies and cost estimate of electrical, plumbing and air conditioning works.

- Ensures that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter.
 
- Carries out site inspection on a random basis to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule

- Preparing and delivering effective oral presentations whenever required.

- Managing day-to-day work of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing team.

- Submits weekly accurate timesheets for the operational staff.
 
- Promotes a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
 
- Receives and complete work orders to include; records concerning time, labor and materials for each task.

- Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for to resolve the emergency requirements.

- Requires flexibility and understanding that all maintenance staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the company.

- Supervise and coordinate to ensure works are executed efficiently.

- Provide input to weekly / monthly reports.

- Monitors the appropriate tools and materials are available in all work areas

- Maintain appropriate documentation and a written daily log

- Manages assigned projects with minimal guidance from Management.

- Ensuring the logging of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing documentation is undertaken in line with the project handbook and continually monitoring the same.
 
- Advising on all issues and ensuring the appropriate documentation and information is provided to the appropriate authorities to obtain the standard required on the project.

- Monitoring and promoting health and safety on the site.

Required Education, Skills and Experience : 

Education : Minimum technical certificate or diploma in mechanical, civil or electrical engineering 2 and 4 wheel driving license.

Experience:

- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a related field.
