Job Description :

- Handle the Team of Maintenance.

- Responsible for Availability for Operation of Entire Plant Machines, Equipment, & Utilities.

- Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.

- Improvement in OEE. Initiate & Lead the team for KAIZENS.

- Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

- Installation of fresh electrical components and fittings.

- Recommend replacement for old or faulty electrical components or fittings to the management.

- Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling expenses for the electrical department.

- Keep record of all stock and supplies, including company's electrical equipment.

- Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process.

- To ensure effective utilization of Electricity & maintaining Power Factor throughout the Year.

- Perform energy audit and recommend alternative sources of energy & Help the organization to reduce energy costs.

- Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.

- Responsible for Entire Site Electrical Safety and Ensure all safety standards and implemented and followed.

- Ensure 100% statutory compliances as per requirement of local Govt.

- Co-ordinate with each department for achieving Plants KPIs.

- Initiate & Develop Team based on Lean manufacturing and train them to do effective Plant Maintenance.

- Operation Reliability

- Trouble Shooting and Repairs of Equipment's in case of failures.

- Cost - Reduce Electricity Cost & Electrical Exp.

- Budgeting & CAPA.

- Safety & Environment - Focus on Energy Reduction, Safety Engagement.

Education level and/or relevant experience :

- B Tech - Electrical, Diploma in Electrical

- Certificates License of Electrician

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
