We are seeking a strategic, technically sound, and hands-on Automation Leader to spearhead automation initiatives across our three business divisions: Coil Springs, Disc Springs, and Fasteners. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, enhancing process efficiency, resolving quality challenges, and reducing manpower dependency through the identification and implementation of intelligent automation solutions (including both new deployments and retrofitting of existing machinery).

- 1. Technical:-

- Lead the design and implementation of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and production lines.

- Oversight of electrical and mechanical design, including control panel design and safety compliance.

- Exposure to SCADA, IoT, and Industry 4.0 solutions is an added advantage.
