Job Profile :

In this role, you will focus on Regional level procurement strategy, developing and building vendor relationships, floating package tenders, Negotiation and finalization of contracts and resolving vendor escalations / issues, developing regional procurement process, policies and drive the strategic initiatives of the company in your region. For all service contracts/materials procurement, Regional Procurement Team shall be primarily responsible for timely issuance of all order across all packages This role reports to Regional CEO and functionally to Central Procurement Head.

Package Priorities and Strategy Planning:

- Identify and prioritize right levers to ensure timely execution of the strategy

- Supervise data driven long-term planning for all categories

- Standardize processes and tools

- Measure effectiveness of the plan

Package Plan and Initiative Execution:

- Adhere to the policy, budget, time and quality stipulations

- Cross-functional coordination and process execution

- Major site related vendor related interventions and resolutions

- Contract Amendment per guidelines

Vendor Management:

- Manage the vendor life cycle including vendor discovery to ensure quality vendor base, development, performance assessment to ensure quality & timely execution on projects.

- Ensure sufficient quality Vendor base based on demand-gap analysis

- Meet timelines in providing the quality vendors on sites

- Build effective Vendor relationship

- Support Vendor Performance management and dispute resolution for critical vendors
