AVP - Execution Director - EPC - Water Waste Management (15-25 yrs)
Role-
- To achieve Company's annual and financial (maintaining margins and cash position) targets as per budget.
- Client relationship management is key to ensure cordial relationship and continuity of client satisfaction
- Identify the risks of all the projects under execution and prepare their mitigation plan with timelines.
- Create timeline based opportunities in all the projects under execution to mitigate the residual risks and improve the margin
- Support proposals team in planning resource allocation and budgeting for bids under preparation
- Ensure accurate and transparent reporting to the management in India as well as in the Head Quarter.
- Ensure implementation of Group's health and safety policy and standard
- Ensure the implementation of Management processes.
- To coach and mentor his team for the development and growth of the individuals
Candidate must have :
1. Knowledge about civil construction works
2. International project management exposure is preferred
3. Knowledge of PMI concepts
4. Knowledge of budgeting and controlling
5. Knowledge of legal and contract management is preferred
6. People Management skills
Education : BE-Civil/Mechanical
Any additional qualification is an added advantage
