AVP - Logistics & Supply chain - Pharmaceutical (3-9 yrs)
AVP - Logistics & Supply chain for a pharmaceutical major
The incumbent should be someone who has prior experience in managing/handling pharma supply chain at scale.
Following should be the qualities in the candidate to apply for the position:
1. The candidate should have a minimum of two years of operational experience & minimum three years of total experience in managing supply chain at a good pharma company in India.
2. The candidate should have prior experience in working alongside 3PL and warehousing companies.
3. The candidate should have some exposure towards evaluating and on-boarding various 3PL partners especially around storage solutions.
4. The candidate should be well aware of various licences and procedural requirements for logistics solutions of pharma products.
5. The candidate should have some commercial understanding and hands-on experience in negotiating with 3PL providers
The incumbent should be self motivated and the team should look upto him/her as a thought leader.
The incumbent should be extremely process oriented and at the same time a go getter and has a hands-on approach to problem solving.
