Responsibilities :
- Handle all functions including Manufacturing, production planning, Capacity planning, Project management, new product development etc.
- Responsible for Process Enhancement & Cost Reductions
- Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.
- Development of standard maintenance and operation procedures to increase the efficiency of manufacturing process.
- Implementing standards and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Root cause analysis and problem solving using relevant tools
- Ensuring Customer satisfaction/ objection handling/ quality management
- 15+ years relevant experience from a medical devices/surgical consumables background.
- Preferably should have handled 2 or more plants.
- Should be 6 sigma certified and having knowledge of Oracle/SAP ERP.
- Plant Heads of the all plants will be reporting to him.
