Job Description
- Manage the entire QC and Inward Function for online orders from order management to QC- Packing.
- Planning, Scheduling and executing all QC Related + repair activities in order to maintain the delivery on time performance with quality.
- Reduce the Defect and RTV % by providing In house solutions and enabling consumer satisfaction.
- Defining volumes/targets and work in sync with the WH Lead for capacity planning and innovations as per Business requirement.
- Implementing value based initiatives to reduce the QC Rejections to achieve standardization and reduce cost.
- Coordinating with Merchandising dept. for the critical issues to be solved and corrected from source
- Provide Training and standardise the work as per business needs .
Organization Relationship :
The position reports to Warehouse Head
Job Specifications
- 6-8 years of proven work experience in Quality Assurance, Production Floor.
- Technical know how of Garments QC and Sourcing.
- Familiarity with Garments and E-com Business.
- Proficient in Excel and MIS reports
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships with internal and external stakeholders
