Bakers Circle - Manager - Maintenance (12-15 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Planning for improving machine efficiency & capacity.
- Verification of machines records & sign on it.
- Purchase critical machinery spare part for existing machines.
- Planning for energy saving.
- Planning for increasing work efficiency.
- Verification of engineering store.
- Inspection of purchasing spares.
- Prepare daily & monthly work schedule.
- Responsible for modification & erection of new machines.
- Develop new vendors & correspondence with vendors.
- Renewal of AMC and correspondence with vendors..
- Licensing and certification work.
- Responsible for documentation.
- Inspection of machine safety devices and arrange safety training.
- To provide feedback to H.OD for any problem, viability of spares parts and maintenance issue.
