Bakers Circle - Manager - Quality Assurance (8-12 yrs)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client & Certification Audit preparation including updating documents and implementation at all levels of plant.
- Documentation and implementation of FSMS system in the plant. (FSSC - 22000)
- Conducting internal quality and Food safety audit & Monthly Internal GMP audit. Audit report preparation and follow up.
- Training different levels of employee on QMS, FSMS and Statistical tools for process control.
- Handling Customer complaint. RCA / CAPA preparation and implementation.
- FSSAI requirements compliance at the plant level.
- Vendor Audit.
- FGs dispatch approval.
- FGs Label approval.
