OT / SCADA / Telemetry - Utilities

We are seeking a Medium to Senior SCADA Engineer to support Operational Technology (OT) Change Requests, field device replacements, and SCADA system configuration within a water and wastewater utility environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver OT Change Requests (OT CR), including field device replacement and upgrades

- Configure, commission, and support SCADA systems for treatment plants and pumping stations

- Integrate and troubleshoot remote telemetry and communication systems

- Perform testing, commissioning, and fault resolution with minimal operational impact

- Maintain accurate technical documentation and as-built records

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in SCADA and OT environments, ideally within utilities

- Hands-on experience with field and telemetry equipment, including:

- RTU32M, EPSC, TEP1/TEP2

- Halma Data Loggers, EDM, GCU

- ATU (ADSL Transmission Unit)

- Knowledge of PSTN, ADSL, GSM/GPRS, and IP-based communications

- Experience with water/wastewater SCADA systems

- Ability to troubleshoot SCADA, telemetry, and communication issues end-to-end

Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or Control Engineering (or equivalent experience)
