This is a Full-Time Employee position responsible for 2D and 3D Modelling and to be able to quickly share floor plans of Schools and Temples. You should be from Architecture / Urban planning background with BE Civil degree.
A result driven professional willing to take complete ownership of sharing best plans and architectural designs. We invite you to be a part of HKM projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS):
- 1.Produce 2D & 3D drawings / identification of drawings based on the manager requirements (Revit S/W).
2.Should be able to understand the design requirements & architectural models and create detailed 2D & 3D designs for complex projects.
- 3.Should be able to create a detailed design, schematics, blueprints for projects assigned.
- 4.Work closely with the teams and co-ordinate & collaborate with others to establish timelines and budgets.
- 5.Experience working in CAD and able to analyse data and situation and come up with creative solutions including Freehand Sketches.
- 6.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for designs / drawings with proper versions.
- 7.Ensure that the drawings shall be in proper scale and comply with engineering standards.
- 8.Should be able to address the challenges and come up with solutions and alternatives.
- 9.Ability to communicate effectively with team and managers.
- 10.Flexible working with Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.
