Beanery Foods - Food Safety/QA & Operations Lead (5-7 yrs)
Essential duties & responsibilities:
1. R&D
a. Conduct experiments and produce sample products for future products
b. Assist in designing the processes and machinery for scale up
c. Address issues of safety and quality
2. Manufacturing Unit Responsibilities
a. Set up manufacturing process
b. Implement of FSSAI norms & HACCP Plan
c. Quality testing, of raw material & process and production
d. Achieve the production targets
e. All kinds of ISO related audits and internal company audits and regular monitoring on GMP and TPM
3. Managerial Duties
a. Train the production teams
b. Provide leadership and vision to Production team
c. Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality to obtain optimum production and utilization of staffing
d. Evaluate existing processes and procedures and suggest improvements
