Bhattad Group - Factory Manager (7-8 yrs)
1. Ability to run a manufacturing/ processing unit independently;
2. To supervise production planning, inventory and procurement;
3. To implement quality policy and oversee quality control;
4. To conduct periodic production meetings and sales reviews;
5. To manage key customers and suppliers;
6. To manage working capital of the company;
7. To prepare basic P&L statement, cash flow statement and other financial and operation indicators;
8. Manpower recruitment, employee grievances and performance review;
9. Experience in Business excellence & QMS would be an advantage;
10. Ability to analyse material wastage and take corrective actions;
11. To ensure timely deliveries and redressal of consumer complaints.
Salary range: 20 - 24 LPA
