Position Title - Assistant Manager Plant Quality Assurance
Location - Daman
Job Description -
1. Co-ordinate incoming inspection of parts & clearance of GRN in system
2. Manage patrolling inspection on production lines & get the CAPA implemented on NCs
3. Manage per-delivery inspection of the product
4. Quality planning at new product development stage
5. Analysis of internal/external quality issues and plan CAPA on them
6. Preparation of incoming quality plans, process control plans, final quality plans for products
7. Daily quality meeting with cross functional team functions to address quality issues and plan CAPA
Qualification -
1. B.E. (Mechanical / Production) with experience in quality assurance, quality systems
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft applications and especially Microsoft excel
4. Good knowledge of ISO standards
Experience - 4-5 yrs of experience (Experience form automobile industry is preferred)
