Position Title - Assistant Manager Manufacturing Excellence
Location - Haridwar
Purpose of the role - To Design and implement continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing Projects across Haridwar plant.
Job Description :
1. Identify potential wasters in Production Flow.
2. Conduct Value Stream Mapping Study to identify the potential for reduction of waiting time
3. Conduct Time studies to identify Data on Value Added Tasks & Non value added tasks.
4. Develop an optimum production flow adhering to constraints
5. Providing an input on what kind of investments will be needed to realize identified improvements
6. Identifying cost effective technical solutions i house with the help of close working with Engineering team before proposing purchasing of technology
7. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders such as Engineering team, Assembly Managers and Supervisors to manage the implementation of new production process
8. Conduct regular followup for few months after implementation of New Production Process.
Preferred Experience -
1. 1-3 yrs of Experience in FMCG / Auto industries. (Premium Institute)
2. 4-10 yrs of experience in FMCG / Auto industries. (Non Premium Institute)
3. Automobile industry experience is preferred.
Educational Qualification -
1. BE / B.Tech
