Bigspoon Foods - Senior Executive - Operations (1-2 yrs)
Operations Manager
We are looking for a well-spoken, hands-on and Ops-intensive manager with maximum people skills and Go-Get-It attitude which is in-line with Bigspoon's Cultural Values.
This role will entail day-to-day management of :
Vendor Management :
- Establishing a healthy relationship with existing vendors, as a representative of Bigspoon
Inventory Management :
- Daily Stock-Take
- Timely order-placement with respective Vendors
- Inwarding of received goods
- Maintenance of Inventory Tools
Team-Shift Management :
- Efficient allocation of tasks and shifts
Order Receiving Ops Management :
- Receiving multi-channel orders
Food Packaging Ops :
- Brand-wise, order-wise efficient order-readiness for an efficient dispatch
Logistics and Dispatch Management :
- Managing a fleet of Delivery Executives
- Logistics Planning for efficient deliveries of all orders
- Would be responsible for the Operations, Maintenance, Quality Control, Efficient
Productivity of the Ops Team & Contribute to Overall Growth of the Company :
- Would be responsible for Full-Time Operations of all Outlet activities
- Should have the ability to work in a hustled environment with a result-oriented, focussed attitude
- Should have sound knowledge of Hospitality strategies for achieving optimum target with utmost efficiency
- Should have the ability to Learn New Tech/POS Software
- Should be proficient in analyzing orders, strategize and propose Ops strategy in coordination with the delivery team with focus on QA/QC to effectively meet the multi-channel demand generation
