Job description
- Arrangement of container as per plan schedule.
- Arrange Transportation for FCL
- Freight Negotiation (Air / Sea)., VGM and form 13
- REX monthly statement updation and submission to EIA.
- ECGC (New application / monthly premium / Renewals / Enhancement).
- MIS Report on monthly bases.
- Get CEPA, Form AI & GSP from EIA
- All shipment documents upload to Titanium system
- Maintain import license record & cross check with customs system
- LCL and FCL dispatch process
- Maintain Bill of Entry record & submit BOE to account on time
- Pre-shipment and post shipment documentation Export Import
- Presentation Skills and Communication Skills
- Checking Export / import bills as per contract & submitting to accounts on time for booking & payment.
Desired Qualification and Experience :
- Bachelor of Arts / Minimum 4-8 Years of Experience
- Any Graduate
