Position : Billing Executive (Logistics, Stores & Accounting works)

Open for: Both Male / Female candidates can apply.

Job Location : Bangalore (Yeshwanthpura)

Open for : Only Local candidates from Bangalore City who should be comfortable with the work location of Yeshwanthpura should apply.

Working Days & Timings : Monday to Saturday (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM)

Prior Experience Targeted : 4 - 5 Years of relevant experience performing below highlighted job duties.

System Requirements : Tally experience is a must.

Payroll System : It is a company job but they will hire the person on third-party payroll system.

Job Duties & Responsibilities : To Be Performed By This Position :

- Thorough Quality Check of Inward, Outward Stock and timely intimation of discrepancies to the Management.

- Order Processing (Invoice/Eway Bill/E-invoice, Conversation entries) within time and without missing of single order received from sales team and also order fulfilment rate to be maintained, Stock Requirement request to share, Passing Credit Note against the Return Stock receipt to the warehouse.

- Route Planning and Vehicle arrangement, loading and coordinating with Transporter for deliveries, keeping lower Freight cost with prior approval on daily basis and share dispatch details with the Sales Team.

- Monthly cross check of Batch wise Physical Stock (all parameters) with CFA and company system and also record Near Expiry details. In house damages records to be also kept.

- Online Orders Management (Dispatch as per Appointments, Label Pasting- s, On time Delivery, etc.)

- Daily Outward Tracker, Near Expiry Tracker, Claims Reports, Stocks Reports, Purchase Order V/s. Invoice Quantity Report, etc.
