BIM Architect - Architectural Firm (4-10 yrs)
Background:
Client is a well-known Architectural firm from Middle East region. They are a core architectural firm and undertake architectural assignments from conceptual stage.
Required Qualifications:
1. Candidates with B.Arch. (5nos), Btech Civil degree or Architecture diploma are preferred
2. Candidates should have not less than 4 years of experience in architectural projects
3. Must be ready to work from any of the locations in Hyderabad.
4. Candidates must be familiar with Architectural (interior, exterior, facades etc.) concepts
5. Must be able to understand and work on architectural conceptual drawings to produce 3D models in various LOD
6. Must have hands-on experience in Middle east Architectural projects
7. Should be well versed in AutoCAD, Revit and relevant software tools that are commonly used in Architectural projects
8. Should have good communication skills and should be good at Email communications
9. Selected candidates must be ready to take an online tool test and demonstrate their ability to work on Revit/autoCAD
