BIM Coordinator - Architecture (4-20 yrs)
BIM Coordinator- Architecture
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : Min 4+Yrs
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Responsible for weekly Model Review and quality control by filling the - Weekly Revit Model
Health Checklist :
- Responsible for giving input on space planning, specifications, requirements and scope of work for the discipline team.
- Responsible for Advising Coordinator on best practices.
- Responsible for facilitate training documentation for basic and advanced co-ordination.
- Responsible for assisting both internal and external team members in the development of construction documents and as-built document creation and maintenances.
- Responsible for working side by side with teams in-house and external teams to complete BIM projects.
- Responsible for managing submissions and ensure proper QA/QC protocols are implemented.
- Responsible for managing and planning Look ahead plans.
Skills and Specifications :
- Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad, MSP, MS Office
- Should be familiar in all the discipline, mainly in Architecture, Structure & MEP
- Should be familiar with all the designs and able to design on his/her own
Experience :
- 4+ Years- relevant experience in the Architecture/Structure/BIM/Construction industries
Educations Qualifications :
- Master's/Degree in Architecture/MEP or equivalent in related field
- Core Competencies
- COMMUNICATION : Good written and verbal communication, organized thought processes, polite and respectful of others, adapts presentations to the audience
- ANALYSIS/PROBLEM SOLVING: Thoroughly thinks out and evaluates alternatives, innovative problem resolution, pro-active approach, initiative to resolve problems
