BIM Coordinator (Architecture, Structural, MEP):

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the coordination and management of BIM models across Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring seamless integration between all systems.

- Facilitate collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and clash-free models.

- Utilize BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 for clash detection, model reviews, and ensuring design compliance across all disciplines.

- Organize and conduct BIM coordination meetings to review models, address conflicts, and ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.

- Ensure model quality control by performing audits, checking for accuracy, and enforcing adherence to BIM standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements, schedules, and regulatory approvals, providing updates and resolving issues as needed.

- Provide technical support and guidance to BIM modellers in Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines, promoting best practices in modelling and data management.

- Maintain and update BIM Execution Plans (BEP), monitor model progress, and ensure consistency with project standards and requirements.

- Stay informed on the latest BIM technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator with a strong background in coordinating models across Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines.

- Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.

- Strong understanding of Architecture, Structural, and MEP systems, codes, standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution within the BIM environment.
